I moved to Clarksville from out of state and was very fortunate to have picked Rachael as my agent. She is the best agent I've ever worked with. The process took about 18 months from the time the contract was signed until I was able to close on the new build. Rachael went above and beyond to make sure that I got a positive experience, despite the builder's lack of communication towards me. She responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns and did everything she could to find answers when the builder wasn't responding.
